房颤射频消融术患者围手术期护理对策及体会

　　[摘要] 目的 更进一步对房颤射频消融术患者围手术期的护理对策及临床体会进行探究。 方法 对2015年4月～2017年3月在我院行房颤射频消融术治疗的104例房颤患者进行回顾分析。依据随机数字表法及对每位房颤射频消融术患者所行护理方案的不同将其均分至行传统护理的对照组与行围手术期护理的观察组，房颤射频消融术的围手术期护理包括术前护理干预与相关准备、术中辅助护理与同医生的全面配合以及术后的心理、饮食、运动以及出院指导等全方位护理对策。对比分析不同护理对策对房颤射频消融术患者临床疗效的影响，并总结分析围手术期护理对策的最佳方案，进而有效提升房颤射频消融术的临床疗效。 结果 无论在行房颤射频消融术患者的临床总有效率方面，还是在其并发症发生率以及临床满意度方面，行围手术期全方位护理的观察组均明显优于单纯常规护理的对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对于行射频消融术的房颤患者，行全面的围手术期护理不仅临床效果显着，而且手术成功率高、安全性佳，患者满意度高，值得推广。

　　[Abstract] Objective To further the perioperative atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation in patients with clinical experience and nursing countermeasures were explored. Results Both in clinical atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation in patients with total efficiency，or the incidence and clinical satisfaction in its complications，the observation group underwent perioperative comprehensive nursing were significantly better than the control group of routine nursing，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion the radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation，comprehensive peri operation During the operation，not only the clinical effect is remarkable，but also the operation success rate is high，the safety is good， and the patient satisfaction is high，so it is worth popularizing.
